Our Core Mission

The goal of this project is to create a digital newspaper serving the coast from its base in Vancouver. Every story will be free to read, supported by readers rather than a paywall or a VIP tier. The site covers the news of the day in clear, simple language and goes back to earlier stories to show what happened to the people involved: what was promised, how money was spent, and what came next.
